Hi, I’m Thiago Bueno Silva, a seasoned software engineer with 20+ years of experience architecting and scaling enterprise platforms. I’ve been leading complex cross-team migrations, building development tooling, and wearing multiple leadership hats from Engineering Manager to interim CTO.
